Free freight on orders $500+ to the lower 48 for most products. The machine is crated, strapped and shrink-wrapped to a pallet before it leaves the warehouse.
Model documents and the delivery paperwork travel in a pouch on the pallet, so what you need is on the shipment and not in an inbox.
It moves by LTL freight. No dock or forklift on site? Tell us when you order and we confirm liftgate delivery with the carrier before the truck is booked.
Check the pallet at the tailgate. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt and photograph it before you sign — a clean signature is what makes a freight claim hard.
Tell us the machines, quantities, destination and purchasing process. We will confirm availability, delivery details and applicable terms.
Yes, on machines. Send us the competitor's listing for the same model and we will match any advertised price from a US seller. Commercial floor equipment is sold at manufacturer-set advertised pricing, so you should not be paying more here than anywhere else. Applies to equipment, not to Janitori cleaning products.
Yes. At checkout you can split the purchase into installments with Shop Pay or PayPal Pay Later where eligible — the available plans and payments show before you commit. Details: financing options.
Use the quote form to describe your PO or net-terms process. Any terms remain subject to review and approval.
It ships LTL freight, strapped and shrink-wrapped to a pallet. The carrier delivers to the curb or dock by default; liftgate and inside delivery depend on the machine and your site, so we confirm those with you before the order ships. Full walkthrough: how freight delivery works.
Yes for most products, on orders of $500 or more to the lower 48, included at checkout. Orders under $500 ship for a flat $19.95. Some products ship at a flat freight rate instead, from $29.95 by order total: the product page says so and checkout shows the rate before you pay. Alaska, Hawaii and US territories ship for a flat $49.95, or by phone quote for flat-rate freight products. Delivery services such as liftgate or inside delivery depend on the machine and destination, so confirm those before ordering.
Inspect it before you sign. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt, photograph it at the tailgate, and call 1-866-989-7489 the same day. Signing a clean receipt for a damaged pallet is what makes a freight claim hard, so check first and sign second.
It depends on the model and where it ships from, so we confirm the current lead time with you in writing before you order rather than posting a number we cannot stand behind.
Spec sheets and manuals are published on each machine page as we receive them. If a document you need is not there, call the equipment desk and we will get it for you before you order.
Call 1-866-989-7489 (24/7), use chat, or request a quote with your square footage, floor type and destination ZIP.
Verified accessories and replacement parts are listed on the applicable machine page as compatibility data becomes available. Ask the equipment desk before substituting a part.
